Rose Marie Wade

Rose Marie graduated from Shorter College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science with Environmental emphasis.  She obtained her law degree from Georgia State University in 1993 where she was a member of the Law Review and served as Research Editor from 1992 to 1993.  Rose Marie joined the firm in 1994.  Her practice has focused on mass tort products liability and she has been actively involved at the local, regional and national levels in defense of asbestos personal injury claims.

Rose Marie serves as local counsel in Mississippi and is responsible for management of local counsel in Louisiana and Texas.  These roles require development and implementation of strategies for individual cases, coordination of trial resources, expert witness preparation and overall case management and supervision through resolution.

Rose Marie is licensed to practice in all trial and appellate courts in the states of Georgia and Mississippi. She is also admitted in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia, the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
