Lucy was born and raised in New York City. She graduated from the University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law. Lucy is an Associate in the Firm’s Atlanta office where she focuses on defense of corporate clients in complex litigation, mass tort, and products liability matters on both a local and national level.
Prior to attending law school, Lucy worked as a Paralegal in Atlanta and New York City handling national pharmaceutical and asbestos litigation matters. During law school, Lucy clerked for the Honorable James D. Walker, Jr. of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia. She was awarded Best Oral Advocate, Dean’s List recognition, and Assistant Editor of Mercer Law Free Press. Upon graduation from law school, Lucy served as an Attorney for the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia. Lucy is a member of the State of Georgia Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. Lucy also serves on GreyStone Power Corporation’s Board of Directors.
